An ex-office worker who gets it.
I've sat in the chair for nine hours, eaten lunch at the desk, and tried to find an hour for training somewhere between bedtime stories and the next deadline.
It's hard to stay fit, eat well, enjoy life and have a family all at the same time. Social media sets standards none of us can actually keep up with — whether that's about how we should look, what we should eat, or how many cold plunges we should fit in before 6am.
"At the end of the day what we're all looking for is long-term health and happiness. Everything else is just noise."
Lift and Live exists because I needed it to exist. Structured strength training that respects your time. Nutrition guidance that doesn't require a separate cupboard for protein powders. A coach who understands that "I had pizza on Saturday" isn't a moral failure — it's just Saturday.
If that sounds like the coaching you've been looking for, we should probably talk.
