What we believe

I've sat in the chair for nine hours, eaten lunch at the desk, and tried to find an hour for training somewhere between bedtime stories and the next deadline.

It's hard to stay fit, eat well, enjoy life and have a family all at the same time. Social media sets standards none of us can actually keep up with — whether that's about how we should look, what we should eat, or how many cold plunges we should fit in before 6am.
